In poor light conditions (cloudy sky, shade, twilight, etc.), some devices disconnect automatically due to the low and unstable power consumption. The SOLAR PULSE 7W solar charger has an automatic restart control. This detects the difference between a fully charged state and a device that disconnects due to low or unstable current draw. SOLAR PULSE 7W automatically reconnects under optimal conditions and completes the charging process.
 
When operating in low light conditions, we recommend combining your solar panel with a portable power bank. This achieves an optimal and stable charging result. It is also possible that certain devices (e.g. mobile phones) can only be charged with a constant charging current.
